CEWE photo prints: from 9p, and a size that does not crop your photo.
Paid / post Last checked 23 September 2026.
CEWE is the German lab a lot of UK “photo printing” software quietly uses. On its own site the useful trick is variable width: the print keeps your photo’s shape instead of cutting it to 6x4.
- Allowance
- No monthly free prints. Bulk pricing, and a minimum of 10 prints.
- You pay
- 6x4 from 9p. Delivery is shown at checkout (Royal Mail, UPS, or an InPost locker on the UK mainland).
- How to order
- cewe.co.uk, the CEWE app, or the creator software. Collect from an InPost locker if you do not want it posted to the door.
- Best for
- Fujifilm paper and a print that keeps your photo’s shape instead of cropping it to 6x4.
- Watch out
- “From 9p” is a floor, not a flat rate, and you must order at least 10. Boots uses CEWE equipment; Boots’ own prices are different.
- Sizes
- Classic sizes include 5x3.5, 6x4, 6.5x4.5 and 7x5, plus larger prints and gifts.
- Finish
- Fujifilm paper: standard, premium gloss or premium matt. Optional white or coloured border.
- Delivery or collect
- UK only. Royal Mail under 2kg, UPS above that, or InPost lockers on the mainland. Times are working days and appear on the price list.
A 6x4 is listed from 9p, with a minimum of 10 prints and bulk pricing after that. The page does not publish the full tier table, so we show “from 9p” rather than a total we cannot stand behind. Delivery (Royal Mail, UPS, or an InPost locker) is calculated in the basket.
Fixed width crops a phone photo to 3:2 so it fits a frame. Variable width prints the short side at 4 inches and lets the long side follow the photo, so nothing is cut off and the prints in one order may not all be the same length. That is the same problem our crop checker demonstrates.
CEWE is not a free prints app. If 45 or 50 free 6x4s are the goal, FreePrints and Snapfish still win. Use CEWE when the paper and the uncropped shape matter more than the unit price.

Free Prints UK is a directory. Orders, postage and print quality are the lab’s job, not ours.
